Terms of Use & Paid Voting Conditions

1. Purpose of the platform

CurvyUniverse.com is the official website of Miss Top Curvy Universe, edited by ABENZOAR Sophie, sole trader established in France.

The site centralises candidate applications, showcases contestants to the public and provides a secure payment tunnel for online voting.

2. Eligibility and registration of contestants

To validate a registration, each candidate must:

• be at least 18 years old on the day of registration and legally able to enter into an agreement;
• fill out the form with sincere, verifiable information (identity, contact details, biography, measurements);
• upload photos or videos that they personally own or for which they obtained all necessary permissions;
• explicitly accept these Terms at the time of submission.

The organiser may request supporting documents, refuse or remove an application that does not comply with the spirit of the competition.

3. Image rights and shared content

By submitting media, the candidate grants the organiser a non-exclusive worldwide licence to host, reproduce and display the content on CurvyUniverse.com, on social networks and across promotional materials strictly related to the competition.

The candidate remains the owner of the content and may request its deletion at any time by writing to contact@curvyuniverse.com. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe except where a legal obligation requires retention.

4. Paid voting service

Online voting packs are optional digital services that allow supporters to credit additional votes to a candidate.

• prices, currencies and the number of votes granted by each pack are displayed before payment validation;
• transactions are processed through Stripe in a secure environment; payment data never transit through CurvyUniverse.com;
• votes are credited in real time once Stripe confirms the transaction.

Because voting corresponds to a dated leisure service and an instantly delivered digital good, no withdrawal period nor refund can be granted, except in case of a technical error attributable to the organiser.

The organiser records payment identifiers and IP addresses to detect fraud or abuse and may cancel suspicious transactions and related votes.

Before confirming any paid vote, the voter must tick the box confirming acceptance of these Terms and of the Legal Notice.

5. Payments, invoices and taxes

All transactions are denominated in euros (EUR); any international fees charged by the issuing bank remain at the expense of the voter.

Invoices or payment receipts can be provided on request by email within forty-eight (48) hours.

VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

6. Responsibilities of participants and voters

Users undertake not to hinder the proper functioning of the website, not to automate submissions or votes and not to attempt to bypass security systems.

In case of breach, the organiser may suspend the account, cancel votes or exclude a candidate without compensation.

The organiser cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity or malfunctions caused by third-party services (internet access, Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, social networks).

7. Personal data and cookies

The information collected through the forms is necessary to manage applications, contact users, combat fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Data are hosted within the European Union and kept for the duration of the competition plus the statutory archiving period.

Google reCAPTCHA, Stripe payment widgets, YouTube embeds or social networks may deposit strictly necessary cookies. Details about processing and about your rights of access, rectification or deletion are described in the Legal Notice.

8. Acceptance and updates

Submitting an application, administering a candidate profile or confirming a vote implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The organiser may update the Terms at any time. The new version is published on CurvyUniverse.com with the effective date; continuing to use the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
